1. I am on a Mac and can't get the streaming audio to work, what can I do?

You will need to download a version of Windows Media for the Mac.  Either a version for Mac OS 8.1 and later (click here), or for earlier version of Windows Media for Mac 6.3 (click here).

2. I have Windows 95 but can't install Windows Media 7.1.

Windows Media 7.1 can only be installed on machines with Windows 98 or higher.  For Windows 95 or NT you will need to install Windows Media Player 6.4, which you can download by clicking here.

3. I try to stream, but the stream is constantly interrupted.

It probably has to do with your selection of stream.  LoFi is for modems with speeds of 56k or lower and HiFi is for Cable modems, DSL, or some other high bandwidth connection.

4. I downloaded my purchase, but can't read the file.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to read and print the files.  This is a free download from Adobe, click here to get Reader.

5. I am on a Mac and still have problems streaming the audio files after I have installed Windows Media Player.  I download a file but its only the referral file (.wax).

You may have your settings in Windows Media wrong.  Look over the readme file for Media player to get more information.  If you cannot find the readme file click here.  There are buttons on the page where you can download the audio file instead of streaming it (lofo download, hifi download), this will download the file directly to your hard drive and Windows Media should play it with no problem.
